Deadline to submit request for full refund:
60 days prior to event: May 31st, 2026
Requests after May 31st will be reviewed and resolved on a case-by-case basis
***SPECIAL NOTE*** For alumni who have already contributed funds towards registration - either directly or through fundraising - separate individual emails will be sent, indicating any amounts owed
